Cancellation Policy
Things come up, it’s happens to everyone. But as you can understand, I require at least 24 hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. I send a text reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment and this is the time you should be using to make
Sure you can make the appointment or reschedule if you choose to.
That being said if you are unable to give at least 24 hour notice you will be charged 30% of your missed appointment.
If you cancel the day of or no-show you’ll be charged 100%. It’s hard to get everyone in Especially during the holiday season. If you are running late contact me via phone or text, you may run the risk of not completing all of your scheduled services. If you are at least a half hour over, you may have to reschedule and may be charged the 30% fee.
